On The Streets Of Philadelphia,
There’s so much that can be seen,
There are rows of red brick houses,
With a touch of trees between.
There are roads that need some fixing,
There are lights with candles, too.
On The Streets Of Philadelphia,
There I first saw you!

On The Streets Of Philadelphia,
There’s a magic in the air.
People always say 'Good morning, Sir!'
Makes you happy that you’re there.
It’s a place to dream, to work hard,
Make a living someday, too.
On The Streets Of Philadelphia,
Where I feel brand new!

Something inside keeps calling me,
A voice from deep down within.
Where do I start?
Start with my heart!
Make a new life!
Find a good wife!

On The Streets Of Philadelphia,
There is history to be made.
I can see it! I can feel it!
A new dawn! A whole new age!
There are roads that lead to somewhere?
Should I stay, or should I go?
On The Streets Of Philadelphia,
If I stay, then I’ll know!
